Talmi took his first steps as a young farmer in the kibbutz' fields, where the main crops are wheat, corn & cotton. Joined Tama In 2002 as a production worker in the extrusion department. Between 2005-2010 managed one of TAMA main production sites. Founder and manager of TAMA’s Innovation unit since 2012.
