Crop Packaging
Tama’s main area of specialization is packaging and protective
products for agriculture, which we refer to as "Crop Packaging".
Tama is focused first and foremost on netwrap for hay, silage and
straw, an area where we have led the market for the last twenty
years. Along with netwrap, Tama manufactures baler twines and
also sells stretchfilm and silage films, to complete a full
basket of Crop Packaging Products (CPP). Our vision is to supply
each farmer and contractor with the product that best suits his
needs. This vision is supported by constant investment in
innovation, setting the quality benchmark in the CPP market and
focussing on the highest levels of service and support. We aim to
supply our customers with the highest quality products for
consistent baling results, through the most cost-effective
solution.
Round Module Wraps
As part of the project for development of John Deere’s innovative
cotton picking machine, Tama has developed packaging for cotton
that is baled during harvest (
RMW™), without stopping the picker.
Pallet Nets
Tama has developed and patented innovative types of
pallet net

fresh produce, refrigerated items, and manufactured items that
are still warm when palletized.
